Classic investment product meets Swiss hi-tech. This 1 g gold bar was produced by PAMP Suisse for the Austrian Mint. At first glance, it is a very classic, coined investment bar. Fine weight (1g), fineness (999.9 gold), manufacturer's stamp and the Austrian Mint logo are embossed on the front. A serial number can also be found here. For additional security and easier handling, each individual 1 gram gold bar is shrink-wrapped in a special, thick plastic film. All important data is re-printed on this so-called blister card.
