Motif and properties of the gold coin

The Gold Kangaroo has been issued by the Perth Mint since 1986 with annually changing kangaroo motifs. An adult giant red kangaroo is shown for the year 2021. It crouches in front of an Australian bush landscape filled with typical flowers. The fine weight (1/10 oz), the fineness (9999 gold) and the current year are also stamped here.
