The Kookaburra, one of the most traditional and popular silver coins of the Perth Mint, is celebrating its 30th anniversary. Buy this special edition with the kingfisher as a motif now.In the 2020 edition, a kookaburra perched on a roof at dawn will be shown with stylized rays of light in the background. The caption reads "30th Anniversary" in large letters. Right next to it is the fineness (9999 silver) and the fineness (1 oz).
The value side shows Stuart Devlin's depiction of a kookaburras from the year of the first edition in 1990. Above it, a small portrait of Elizabeth II and the year “1990 2020” can be seen. The kookaburra has an official face value of one Australian dollar (AUD). The circulation is 375,914 pieces worldwide.
