Will the price change after I placed my order?
No. We are directly connected to the precious metals markets. Any order you place will be processed at exactly the price you confirmed your order. You will receive an e-mail with the bill and all payment details. Please be aware that we will only ship against advance payment.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation/bill

Our bills are generated automatically and are sent out via e-mail. Please check you e-mail client and make sure the bill is not in your junk mail folder. Also double check your e-mail address in your user profile.

Can I cancel or return my order?

In accordance with German law (§ 312 d Abs. 4 Ziffer 6 BGB) it is not possible to cancel or return precious metal orders. All sales are final at exactly the price you confirmed during the ordering process.

Where do I find the payment details for me orders?
You will find all payment details at the end of the order confirmation we sent out via e-mail

Are parcels insured?

All parcels are insured against loss.

What wrapping does silberling.de use?

You will receive your order in totally neutral wrapping with no indications of your precious content. All coins and bars will be carefully wrapped so your order will reach you safe and sound.

Do you offer discounts?
We do not offer any discounts, except the article descriptions explicitly says otherwise.
Does silberling.de offer cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is only possible within Germany and not available to international customers.

How high are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary between destinations and the weight of the parcel (more information about shipping and charges)

How long is the delivery time?
You will find estimates for the delivery time in every product description. Please be aware that the indicated delivery times refers to the receipt of payment. Also international shipping may take longer than indicated.
